Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu concluded his speech on Sunday night by telling the Palestinian Authority to stop incitement against Israel. He told the PA it had to choose between peace and the kind of situation faced by the residents of Hamas-controlled Gaza.

He called on Hamas to allow abducted soldier Gilad Shalit Red Cross visits and said Shalit had to be released, and closed his speech, as he had begun it, with the word "Shalom".
