Members of the Jewish Home (Bayit Yehudi) came away from their Friday morning meeting with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu with the impression that he is still true to his nationalist principles, before his major foreign policy speech on Sunday. Party Chairman Daniel Hershkowitz said the prime minister had not changed drastically. During the meeting, the delegation told the prime minister that acceptance of a Palestinian Authority state within Israel's borders would have long-range political implications.
MK Zevulun Orlev said he left the meeting more relaxed than when he entered. He added, "I'm still tense ahead of Netanyahu's speech, but I don't foresee anything earth shattering."
