Abbas: No Negotiations Without Construction Freeze

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said Monday that he would not enter negotiations until Israel agrees to freeze construction in Judea and Samaria and accept a PA state. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has refused to do either.
“We are not making new conditions for negotiations,” Abbas said. “We just want Israel to hold by the Road map and stop construction in Judea and Samaria.”
