The Israel Defense Forces are removing two roadblocks in the Kalkilye area, northeast of Tel Aviv, on Friday, as part of Israel's program to ease restrictions on freedom of movement in the Palestinian Authority.

The removal of Crossing 442, opens traffic between Kalkilye and the Samarian Arab villages to the east. Removal of the Chabla roadblock is intended to open traffic between Kalkilye and the villages to the south.

The roadblock removals are the second pair this week. More than 140 have been removed in the past year.
