The Civil Administration, the branch of the IDF that governs Judea and Samaria, signed orders for nine outposts on Monday which officially permit the army to destroy the start-up communities. The nine are: Havat Shaked, Mitzpeh Yitzhar, Yitzhar Darom, Ramat Gilad, Hazon David, Givat Haroeh, Ma’aleh Rehavam, and Mitzpeh Lachish.
MK Michael Ben-Ari condemned the move claiming the Civil Administration was acting only against Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria, and not against “uncontrolled” illegal Arab construction.
