The terrorist who murdered Shlomo Nativ last month in Bat Ayin with an pickaxe, Moussa Hussein, was indicted Thursday on charges of murder. The IDF military court in Judea is handling the case.
According to the indictment, Hussein pulled out a knife and searched for more potential victims after delivering the deadly blows to Nativ with an axe. Hussein’s detention has been extended until the end of the proceedings.
