Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Tuesday evening that Israel must freeze construction in Judea and Samaria. Earlier in the day U.S. Senator John Kerry said the same to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who is visiting Washington.
Clinton also emphasized that the U.S. is committed to seeing a Palestinian Authority state. She added, “We are also committed to Israel’s security, but our goal is to see two states living together.”
