Top Hamas terrorist Ismail Haniyeh urged the European Union on Saturday to remove his group from the list of terrorist organizations. According to Haniyeh, Hamas has "always been interested in openness to European countries," and that he planned to work together with Palestinian Authority chief Mahmoud Abbas.
Haniyeh, quoted by the PA's Ma'an News Agency, was speaking on a video hookup to a conference of Arabs in Milan.
