The last time to eat hametz (leavened products) in Israel before the Passover holiday begins on Wednesday is 10:02 a.m. Jews refrain from eating hametz for the seven days of Passover, which begin at sundown Wednesday evening.
In addition, all hametz must be disposed of from the house by 11:22 a.m. Jews burn some of the hametz in the traditional yearly ritual of bi’ur hametz.
