Tanzim terrorist Roshi Mohammed Hammad was arrested on Thursday in a village northwest of Ramallah, according to YeshaNews. Hammad was detained in a joint operation involving the IDF, the Shin Bet (General Security Services) and Border Police special troops.
The detainee was taken into Shin Bet custody for questioning.
