Prosecutor in 1994 Buenos Aires Terror Attack Kidnapped

(IsraelNN.com) Claudio Lifschitz, the attorney who prosecuted the case against those involved in the deadly 1994 terrorist attack on Argentina's AMIA Jewish community center, said he was kidnapped and tortured on Saturday. His captors, he said, were members of the Argentinian intelligence agency.
According to Lifschitz, he suffered knife wounds and his attackers burned the word "AMIA" into the flesh of his back and the six-digit AMIA case number on his arm.
Hizbullah and Iran were implicated in the 1994 bombing, which killed 85 people and wounded over 200.
