Terrorists in Hamas-controlled Gaza launched a Kassam rocket at the western Negev late Sunday night. The rocket landed near a kibbutz in the Sdot Hanegev region. No injuries or damage were reported.

The attack came just ahead of what Hamas said was to be the start of a new "calm" in the Gaza region.
