Muslim gunmen broke into the YMCA offices in Gaza before dawn Friday and blew up its library. The library coordinator said that thousands of books were destroyed in the blast. The terrorists also stole a computer and planted an additional explosive charge which did not go off.

--The British Sunday Times reported that assassinated arch-terrorist Imad Mughniyeh was involved in the rehabilitation of Hizbullah following the Second Lebanon War. Mughniyeh had purchased long-range rockets capable of carrying a chemical warhead and reaching Tel Aviv for the group, according to the report.

Residents of the Arab Taayush neighborhood of Lod have decided to rename their area after terrorist George Habash, who just died in Jordan. Habash, who was born in Lod, founded the PFLP terror gang and was behind several terror attacks and hijackings and the murder of dozens of Israelis.
