The Central Elections Committee announced early Thursday evening that there was no change in the distribution of Knesset seats from Tuesday's election results after balloting by the military, prisoners, diplomats and disable people was factored in. Committee Chairman Eliezer Rivlin told a news conference that the Likud and Yisrael Beiteinu parties picked up additional votes, but not enough to change the number of mandates.
The Kadima party got the most seats with 28, but the Likud appears to be able to build a coalition based on 65 mandates.
