Highway 430 between Modi'in and Rishon LeTzion opened up for traffic Wednesday night after two years of construction that cost 2.5 billion shekels ($618 million). The road is 22 kilometers (14 miles) long.

Interchanges include Highway 6 (Kvish 6), Highway 1 connecting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and the Ayalon freeway. Travel time between Modi'in and Rishon LeTzion is now 20 minutes.
