The Elections Committee has said its funds do not include subsidizing organizations such as Yad Sarah to help handicapped voters reach polling stations. Yad Sarah appealed for financial help, but the committee said it already budgeted all of its funds.

Yad Sarah maintained that the government subsidizes public transportation and should participate in similar help for the handicapped.
