Netanyahu Camp Says Pressure is Breaking Livni

Kadima leader Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni is "shooting in all directions" because she is breaking under pressure as polls show that her party is losing more ground in pre-election polls, the Likud camp charged Saturday night. Aides to party chairman Knesset Member Binyamin Netanyahu rejected her accusations that he would not be able to work with President Barack Obama.

They countered that Netanyahu would be a good choice for Prime Minister because of what they said are his contacts with the American government and his prior experience. He was Prime Minister in the last 1990s and previously was the Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations.
