The High Court on Wednesday accepted unanimously the appeal of the Arab party list, Ra'am-Ta'al, allowing it to run in the upcoming Knesset elections.
The High Court additionally approved of Balad’s running, with Judge Edmond Levy opposing, to run in the upcoming elections.
The High Court’s decisions overturn the decision of the Knesset Elections Committee to ban the Arab parties for their not respecting Israel’s legally mandated status as a Jewish State and for supporting terrorism.
