A Dialog Institute poll for Channel 10 television showed that if the elections were held on Sunday, the Likud party would win with 29 mandates, as compared to 26 for Kadima. Labor and Yisrael Beiteinu would get 14 Knesset seats each.
Based on the survey, the Shas party will get 10 mandates and Meretz's list with the new left party is worth six seats. Next come United Torah Judaism with five and the National Union with four. Two mandates each would go to the Jewish Home and Greens parties, with three needed for representation. The remaining 22 seats would be split among the predominantly Arab parties.
