More than 500 Treated at Soroka for Campaign Wounds

(IsraelNN.com) Since the start of the Cast Lead counter-terror campaign, 518 people have been treated at the Soroka Medical Center on the campus of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Be'er Sheva.

Of those,  332 were civilians. Of the ten still being treated Sunday, the condition of the seven-year-old Be'er Sheva boy with shrapnel wounds to the head continues to be very serious, two others are listed in moderate condition and wounds of the others are light.

Of the 186 wounded soldiers brought to the hospital, 14 are still receiving treatment. Two of them are in serious condition, two are in moderate condition and the others are in light condition.
