The police concluded their investigation Sunday of a the crash near Eilat on December 16th, 2008 which claimed the lives of 24 Russian tourists. According to the police, driver Edward Galfond was responsible for the crash.
The police said that according to the investigation Galfond was driving above the speed limit before plunging into the ravine. In addition, the driver behind Galfond reported that he drove erratically before the bus fell.
