Saudi Arabia has promised that it will not use oil as a weapon against Israel in the war against Hamas in Gaza, according to the Saudi Gazette. "Oil is not a weapon. You can't reverse a conflict by using oil," said the Saudi Foreign Minister.

In a separate report, the newspaper also stated that the war in Gaza is a proxy battle between Western allies and Iran.
