A terrorist attempted to ignite a gas station in Mishor Adumim, east of Jerusalem around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
Police who rushed to the scene fired at the terrorist and killed him on the spot. Fire fighters and emergency services are at the scene.
There are no reports of injuries.
