Forces will cease fire for a few hours Wednesday afternoon in order to allow humanitarian aid to be distributed to Gazans. The air force will also cease attacks.

The IDF said however, that any attempt to fire rockets will be met with a quick response. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert admitted that fighting makes aid distribution difficult.
