The funeral for Golani Brigade First Sergeant Nitai Stern is scheduled to start at 1:30 pm Tuesday afternoon at the Mt. Herzl military cemetery in Jerusalem. Stern is one of four soldiers killed by friendly tank fire on Monday during a counterterrorism operation in Gaza.
Two hours later at Mt. Herzl, Golani Major Dagan Wertman is scheduled to be laid to rest.
Funeral arrangements for Captain Yonatan Netanel of Kedumim have not been announced.
