The Supreme Court ruled Monday that Israel may seal two out of the four stories of the house belonging to the father of the terrorist who committed the terror attack in the Mercaz Harav Yeshiva.
In March 2008 the Arab from East Jerusalem entered the Mercaz Harav Yeshiva and shot eight young students to death, wounding a number of others.
