An emergency announcement over the emergency broadcasting system ordered Kiryat Sefer residents at 9:05 a.m. (Sunday) to remain in their home with their doors locked.

A short while ago, an Arab terrorist was apprehended after stabbing at least three Kiryat Sefer residents who were on their way to synagogue.

Police suspect than an additional terrorist was involved and are currently patrolling the streets.
