(IsraelNN.com) Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday evening authorized the entry of 100 truckloads of food staples and medical supplies into Gaza on Monday, despite multiple mortar shell and rocket firings by Gaza terrorists on Sunday. That includes the landing of a rocket on the border between Beer Tuvia and Gan Yavneh, east of Ashdod, the furthest landing away from Gaza.

The aid will enter via the Karni and Kerem Shalom commercial crossings. Gas for cooking and fuel for Gaza's power plant will be transferred via the Nahal-Oz crossing.
