The Eshkol region absorbed heavy shelling from Gaza overnight and early Friday morning, with at least 20 mortar shells fired at the area by terrorists in northern Gaza.
One mortar shell exploded in a Jewish town center, damaging an unoccupied building. Most of the other shells landed in open areas and caused no damage. Miraculously, no one was injured in the attacks.
