State legal counsel Menachem Mazuz told Prime Minister Ehud Olmert Tuesday that his hearing in the “Rishon Tours” affair will be held in February. Olmert’s lawyers had requested that the hearing be held in May.
Olmert is being investigated in the case under suspicion that he charged the government twice for trips he took. Olmert allegedly used the extra funds to finance private vacations.
