Hizbullah has charged that the IDF kidnapped two Lebanese civilians, according to the terrorist organization's Al Manar satellite television network. Israel handed over to the United Nations Interim Forces (UNIFIL) the two civilians on Saturday morning following U.N. mediation, Chinese news agency Xinhua reported.
Al Manar claimed that the two men suffered injuries while in Israeli custody, and Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Siniora condemned Israel for what he said were violations of the U.N. Security Council ceasefire resolution that ended the Second Lebanon War two years ago.
