Minister of Justice Daniel Friedman claimed Monday that Supreme Court Head Dorit Beinish and State Cousel Menachem Mazuz have taken more power than they should. Friedman made these claims at a conference on Israeli business.

Friedman said that Mazuz makes political decisions instead of fulfilling his intended role which is to give legal advice. He also said that the Supreme Court instead of interpreting laws adds to their scope.
