A resident of Samaria was arrested Monday morning for raising the Israeli flag in Arab city Um-El Faham. A pro-Israel march was supposed to take place in the city Monday but police canceled it citing security concerns.
The Supreme Court previously ordered police to allow the march to take place. Activists have petitioned the court again to compel police to allow the march to occur.
