The Supreme Court ordered that the transfer of 100-million shekels from the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah to Gaza Thursday afternoon be stopped - hours after it was completed.
The order came because the government had not responded in time to a petition by the Legal Forum for the Land of Israel against the transfer. Government attorneys said the petition should be dropped because the money was already delivered.
