Scuffles broke out Friday morning between dozens of Arab youths and Israeli police in Jerusalem's Old City.

Two youngsters were arrested by police after they tried to force their way through the Chain Gate to the Temple Mount. Access to the mount was limited to women, girls and men over the age of 44, in the wake of unrest anticipated because of Arab incitement in the wake of Thursday violence between Arabs and Jews in Hevron.
