Members of an auxilliary company in the Haruv brigade of the army were given other security tasks after they told their commander on Thursday that they would not assist in the eviction of Peace House in Hevron.

One of the soldiers said "We did not enlist in the army to expel Jews, we're not ready to carry out a mission that harms Jews, and we won't carry out a decision that harms even a fingernail of a Jew."

The Spokesperson of the Israel Defense Forces denies the story.
