Kadima chairwoman Tzipi Livni said Wednesday that "Israel cannot be state which has areas that are 'the Wild West'."

She added that "this is not just one house we are talking about, or an isolated incident."

The Foreign Minister explained that while it is tempting to avoid saying certain things so as not to alienate parts of the public before elections, what is happening in Hevron "cannot be ignored."
