(IsraelNN.com) An Israeli was lightly wounded by Arabs throwing stones at his vehicle near the Arab village A-Luben, northwest of Ramallah Tuesday night about 9:30.
The citizen was treated on the spot, according to the IDF Spokesperson's office.
