Israel's Air Force detected and fired upon a cell of terrorists in southern Gaza who were working to fire mortar shells at Israeli targets. Two terrorists were killed in the strike and four others were wounded.

The IDF Spokesperson reported that forces fired on the terrorist cell after it had fired mortar shells near the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza.
