(IsraelNN.com) Low turnout is expected Tuesday, when the Labor party holds its primary election to determine the order of the 19 candidates vying for the seven-to-11 Knesset seats the party is expected to get in the February general election, according to Ynet.

Polls indicate Minister Yitzchak Herzog and former minister Ofir Pines-Paz to finish high on the list, along with former journalist Shelly Yechimovich, who may finish higher than one of the three spots on the list guaranteed for a woman. Other spots below 11th are reserved for Arabs, Druze, new immigrants and other demographic sectors.

Each voter can pick five to eight names. The election will feature the first electronic balloting in the party's history, which will allow participants to vote wherever they are in the country.
