Parents of victim Rivka Holtzberg are considering staying in Mumbai as Chabad emissaries, reported IDF Army radio Monday afternoon. Rivka and her husband Gavriel, the previous Chabad emissaries in Mumbai, were killed in the recent Mumbai terrorist attacks.

Immediately upon hearing of the terror attacks, Rivka’s parents flew from New York to India. Upon arriving, they were reunited with the Holtzberg’s two year old son Moshe, who was saved from the attack by a babysitter.
