The Jerusalem Magistrates Court Monday ruled against the state prosecutor’s request to forbid Noam Federmen from entering Judea and Samaria. Federmen lives in an outpost near Hevron, Federman’s farm, that was destroyed by the government a little over a week ago.

The state prosecutor had claimed that Federman represents a danger because he was charged with attacking a police officer during the expulsion.
