The army decided Monday to transfer 14 security structures currently in place in Judea and Samaria to the area surrounding the Gaza Strip. The change is anticipated to take place in approximately one month. 

The Governing Council of Judea and Samaria warned that the transfer will cause a significant security risk.  The Council called on the army to reverse the decision and cancel the transfer.
