Shai Nitzan, from the office of the State Prosecution, has asked police to open an investigation against "The Movement for Saving the Nation and the Land." The group is suspected of incitement of soldiers to refuse orders.
This comes after the group arranged a ceremony in honor of those soldiers who refused to take part in the expulsion of Jews from the outdoor market in Hevron. As part of the ceremony the soldiers received a monetary prize. The group has also announced recently that any soldier who refuses to take part in the expulsion of Jews from the Peace House in Hevron will receive a prize of 1,000 shekels.
