The finance committee disbanded Sunday morning after a dispute between head of committee Avishai Braverman, and Minister of Finance Roni Bar-On.  The dispute began after Braverman announced that he would not bring the Finance Ministry's emergency economic plan up for a vote to approve. 

Braverman claimed more time is needed for all parties to agree on a plan to insure that pension plans will be protected.  Bar-On replied to Braverman:  "You do not have the authority to take this matter off of the agenda."
