The Chabad House in Mumbai was not guarded by security personnel, Prof. Yossi Katz told Voice of Israel government radio Friday morning following his return from the financial capital and popular tourist spot.

He said that there were no warnings of an impending terrorist attack and that the building was considered to be safe.
