Al Qaeda Behind Mumbai Terrorist Attack

An unknown Muslim terrorist group, Deccan Mujahideen, is linked with Al Qaeda and has taken responsibility for the mammoth terrorist attack in Mumbai. They used automatic rifles, grenades and explosives in their strike on nine restaurants, hotels, and the Chabad House in what authorities said was an extremely sophisticated operation.

The attackers singled out American and British nationals in hotels and also attacked a hospital as victims were being brought for treatment. More than 100 have been killed and hundreds of others wounded. Commando troops are engaging terrorists at the Chabad House and at hotels at this moment.
