(IsraelNN.com) Only six percent of complaints lodged by Palestinian Authority Arabs against IDF soldiers end in indictment, according to a report released Wednesday by the organization “Yesh Din.” While Arabs claimed that hundreds of those killed during IDF counterterrorism operations were innocent, only five soldiers were found responsible for the death of innocent civilians over the past several years, Yesh Din found.

The organization claimed that the number was too low, and that more soldiers should have been convicted. The numbers show that a soldier who attacks Arabs has “a tiny chance of facing investigation or conviction,” said Lior Yavne, the report's author and a senior member of Yesh Din.
