Hendel: Nobody Leaving 'Jewish Home'

MK Tzvi Hendel said Tuesday that contrary to earlier reports, no MK who is a member of the new 'Jewish Home' (HaBayit HaYehudi) party is planning to leave. “Nobody is talking about a split,” said Hendel, who described recent disagreements within the party as “a minor problem.”

Earlier in the week it was rumored that three members of the new party were planning to leave after the party's central committee decided to appoint members to the Knesset list instead of holding internal elections. The party was formed recently from the four smaller parties that made up the National Union-National Religious Party Knesset list.
