(IsraelNN.com) Hamas announced on Sunday that it has accepted, along with other terrorist groups in Gaza, an Israeli offer for resuming the five-month-old reduction in hostilities that Gaza, according to News First class. More than 100 rockets and mortar shells were launched by the terrorists, following Israel's destruction of a terrorist tunnel on November 4th, in which a number of terrorists were killed. Israel said the tunnel was being used to mount an attack on Israeli targets.

Hamas says the 24-hour lack of missile fire is predicated on Israel not launching any military operations in Gaza and opening commercial crossings to the shipment of goods into Gaza. Those crossings have been closed in the wake of the recent missile attacks.
